At ZWO ASTRO, we stand behind the quality of our imaging equipment and offer a 30-day return window for products in original, resaleable condition. If your astrophotography gear does not meet your expectations, we are committed to facilitating a smooth exchange or refund process.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate a Return Request
Log into your account or contact our support team with your order number and product serial number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Secure Packaging
Place the item in its original factory packaging, including all cables, adapters, and software keys, to ensure the equipment remains protected during transit.
- 3.Shipping and Tracking
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship the package via a carrier that offers tracking and insurance for high-value electronics.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and functionality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
