Yes, all ZWO ASTRO products, including ASI cameras and ASIAIR controllers, come with a standard 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
What is your return policy for telescope accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that opened software or items showing signs of mounting may be subject to a restocking fee.
Are ZWO cameras compatible with third-party astrophotography software?
Our hardware is fully compatible with most major platforms including N.I.N.A., SGP, and SharpCap via ASCOM and native drivers, as well as our own integrated ASIStudio suite.
